Luang Prabang : Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage city, is an outstanding example of the fusion of Lao traditional architecture and its urban structure built by the European colonial authorities in the 19 century. Luang Prabang's unique and remarkably well-preserved townscape illustrates a key stage in the blending of these two distinct cultural traditions.
Visit Vat Visoun, the site of an impressive stupa, That Makmo, stylistically more Srilankalese than Lao. Then walk to the nearby Vat Aham, which is one of the city's major tutelary shrines. Climb Vat Phousi hill for an outstanding view over the city. Continue to visit Vat Sene and Vat Xieng Thong, considered as the most beautiful temple. Next, drive to visit Ban Phanom, a weaving village populated by Thai Lu. After lunch at Un Petit Nid Restaurant, visit the National Museum (former King's Palace) displaying a collection of personal artifacts of the Royal Family. Then stroll through the lively Central Market where the ethnic minorities of the surroundings come daily to trade their goods. Drive to Ban Xang Khong village to see how traditional Sa paper is made. View the sunset from the banks of the Mekong River.
Departure by road to the Kuangsi Waterfalls (30 kms, approx. 1 hour drive). The waterfalls tumble over multi – tiered limestone formations into cool, clear pools ideal for swimming and relaxing. On the way to the waterfalls, visit the Khmu minority village of Ban Thapaene for a glimpse into their lifestyle. Picnic lunch nearby the waterfalls. Return to Luang Prabang. On the way, visit Ban Xom, a lowland Lao village known for its cotton production. Stop at Ban Xang Khong village to see how traditional Sa paper is made.
Visit Vat Xieng Thong, considered as the most beautiful temple. The sim of the Vat represents the classic Luang Prabang temple architecture with roofs that sweep low to the ground. In the compound stand several small chapels housing bronze Buddha images, which were displayed in Paris in 1911. Near the East gate stands the Royal Funeral Chapel. Inside are an impressive 12-meter high funeral chariot and various funeral urns of each Royal Family's member. The gilt panel on the exterior of the chapel depicts a semi-erotic episode from Ramayana.
Then board a traditional riverboat for a trip upstream the Mekong River to visit the famous caves of Pak Ou housing thousands of statues representing Lord Buddha. Picnic lunch at local restaurant overlooking the confluence between the Mekong and Nam Ou rivers.
Return to Luang Prabang by boat with a stopover at the village of Ban Xhang Hai, which produces local rice wine. Continue by car to visit Ban Phanom, a weaving village populated by Thai Lu that originally came from Sipsongpanna in Southern China.
Travel by car to the ethnic minority village of Ban Nayang (Thai Lu). Cruise back to Luang Prabang along the Nam Ou River. Stopover at the famous Pak Ou caves followed by a picnic lunch near-by. Continue your cruise down the Mekong River to Luang Prabang.
Vientiane City : This easygoing city and temples tour begins at Vat Sisaket, one of the oldest temples in Vientaine, featuring over 6,840 remarkable Buddha images. Next up are the stunning Ho Phra Keo, the famous That Luang Stupa and Anousavari or the Victory Gate inspired by L' Arc de Triomphe in France.
Our last stop is at the Talaat Sao (Morning Market), where you can find hundreds of shops selling superior silk weaving, metalwork, and woodcarving pieces. Also, visit the surroundings of Vientiane including Buddha Park, Ban Nong Bouathong weaving village, and enjoy a stroll along the Mekong River at sunset.
One of the most visited provinces of Laos; Chamapsak has a population of around 50,000 and is formed by Pakse, the Bolaven Plateau, Paksong, Champasak and Si Phan Don (Four Thousand Islands). Bordering Thailand and Cambodia, Pakse sits at the confluence of the Mekong and is the province's capital, as a result of the Lao-Japanese Bridge spanning the Mekong, the town has quickly grown as an area of trading importance and is a popular tourist destination.
the Mekong River flows past the ancient Khmer religious compound at Wat Phu Champsak, before dispersing at Four Thousand Islands, an area of utter tranquility. The Bolaven Plateau is renowned for its production of coffee, rattan, fruit and cardamom, while the vast number of wats (temples) across the terrain make for interesting viewing.
The Champasak cultural landscape, including the Wat Phu Temple compound, is a well-preserved planned landscape more than 1,000 years old. It was shaped to express the Hindu belief of the relationship between nature and humanity, using an axis from mountain top to river bank to lay out a geometric pattern of temples, shrines and waterworks extending over some 10 km.
The Pre-Angkorian, Vat Phu Temple : Visit the pre-Angkorian, Vat Phu Temple (6th-13th centuries). Vat Phu Temple lies on a hillside and offers spectacular views over the surrounding plains and Mekong River.The Boloven Plateau, which was formed by an ancient volcano, is famous for its agricultural products including many coffee and tea plantations. The plateau has a number of tribal villages, some of them still practicing Stone Age culture. They use extremely primitive agriculture tools and conduct frequent spiritual ceremonies.
Khong Island, located in the scenic Siphandone region (Four Thousand Islands) of Southern Laos. En-route, visit the Khmer archeological site of Oum Moung. Continue by road, before crossing the Mekong River by ferry boat to Khong Island. Board a traditional boat to visit the surrounding islands of Done Ket and Done Som. Continue to Done Khone Island and hike along its ancient railway built by the French in 1897 to visit the Sumphamith Waterfall. Continue by boat to Ban Nakasang and drive to Khone Phapheng Waterfall, the largest cascade on the Mekong River which is 6 km wide at this point, Return by road to Pakse.

Day 4 :LUANG PRABANG - PAKSE - KHONG ISLAND (by plane, A/C car, ferryboat).After breakfast, check out then transfer to Luang Prabang airport for a short flight to Pakse. Upon arrival at Pakse, we will transfer to visit The Pha Suam Waterfall. After that, take a small ferryboat to cross into Don Khong Island - "The Land of Four Thousand Islands". Overnight at Khong Island.
Day 5 :KHONG ISLAND FULL DAY TOUR (by boat & A/C car).After an early breakfast, we take motor boat to explore the local villages of Ban Khone. We return to Ban Nakasang and drive to famous waterfalls of Khone Phapeng, the largest waterfall in South East Asia, known as “Niagara of the east”. Overnight at Khong Island.
Day 6 :KHONG ISLAND - CHAMPASAK - PAKSE (by boat, A/C car, elephant riding). After breakfast, check out then transfer to visit Wat Phu. Proceeding to Ban Kiatgnon and then driving to Pakse before sunset and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Pakse.
Day 7 :PAKSE DEPARTURE (by A/C car). Free at your leisure for shopping until the time to transfer to the Pakse airport for departure.

Day 2:CHIENG KHONG / HOUISAY - PAKBENG - HONGSA (by A/C car, boat).Visit Hongsa cultural house. Transfer to Ban Thaxoang along the Mekong river by speed boat. En route visit the Pak Ou cave. Day 3:LUANG PRABANG - KWANGSI WATERFALL (by A/C car).Morning visit Wat Visoun, Wat May, Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Praphuthabat. Afternoon, excursion to visit Khuang Si waterfall. Late afternoon, return to Luangprabang to visit Ban Phanom weaving village and Ban Sangkong village and followed by enjoy sunset over Mekhong river and panoramic view of Luangprabang City on Chomsi/Phousi Mount. O/N in Luang Prabang.
Day 4:LUANG PRABANG - XIENG KHOANG (by A/C car). Early morming 05h00 to go to the monks procession in town.. Back to hotel for Breakfast. Drive then to Xieng Khouang through the moutainous road via Phoukhoune. Upon arrival at Phonsavan, visit the plain of jars over 300 giant jars of unknown origin over 1000 years of age. O/N in Xieng khoang.
Day 5:XIENG KHOUANG - VIENTIANE (by A/C car, plane) Visit Tham Piu cave, local villages such as Hmong Lai village/Ban Hua Khang. Check out then transfer to the airport for the flight to Vientaine. Welcome and check in. Sightseeing around city and enjoy sunset at Mekong Riverside. O/N in Vientiane
Day 6:VIENTIANE (by A/C car) Full day visit Vientiane : go on tour to some of the main monastories in the areas. shopping at the center market in Vientiane. O/N in Vientiane.
Day 7:VIENTIANE - PAKSE - TAD LOR (by A/C car, plane) After early breakfast, transfer to airport for flight. then excursion by road (coffee road) toward Paksong District continue by road to Champasack. In the afternoon visit Wat Phou (Kmer ruin dated 11th century) then take a drive toward Tad Lor. O/N in Tad Lor resort.
Day 8:TAD LOR - CHAMPASSAK - DON KHONG ISLAND (by A/C car) Explore some local villages in the areas then take adrive to Champasak. In the afternoon visit Wat Phou (Kmer ruin dated 11th century) then continue driving to Kong Island (discover Khong island by cycling). O/N in Don Kong island.
Day 9:TAD LOR - CHAMPASSAK - DON KHONG ISLAND (by A/C car) Morning catch the boat to DoneKhone (1 hour trip), visit the famous Liphi (Devil Corridor) then catch the ferry boat to Ban Nakasang village and take a drive to visit Khon Phapheng (Niagara of Asia). Return trip to Pakse. Overnight at Pakse.
Day 10:PAKSE DEPARTURE (by A/C car) Free at your leisure for shopping until the time to transfer to the Pakse airport for departure.
